This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, engage our services, or interact with our marketing and advertising activities.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

We may collect personal information you submit directly to us, including via contact forms, email, phone, or during onboarding for services. This may include (depending on what you provide): name, business name, email address, phone number, and project requirements.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent, and referral URLs. We may use cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality and measure performance.

1.3 Client platform and advertising account information

When providing marketing services, we may access and process information from advertising and analytics platforms you authorise (for example, Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad accounts, Pages, or business assets). This information may include campaign configuration, ad performance metrics, and aggregated reporting data.

2. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement.

2.1 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Tools

We may use Meta Business Tools such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and related event measurement tools to:

  • measure advertising performance
  • attribute conversions (for example, purchases or leads)
  • create aggregated reporting and insights
  • improve ad relevance and reduce wasted spend

These tools may collect or receive information from your device or browser and may use cookies or similar technologies. Depending on configuration, data may include event information (for example, page views, conversions), device identifiers, and other signals used for measurement and fraud prevention.

Where required, we use consent mechanisms (for example, cookie banners) to obtain permission for non-essential cookies and tracking.

3. How We Use Information

  • protect our business and users from fraud or misuse

4. Meta Platform Data and Access Tokens

Where we use Meta APIs (for example, for reporting automation or publishing to business-managed assets), we may process “Platform Data” made available by Meta under the permissions you authorise.

We do not store personal information obtained via Meta APIs beyond operational necessity. Our use is limited to business-managed assets and reporting outputs (for example, campaign performance metrics and aggregated engagement insights), unless otherwise required for a specific client engagement.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data, and we do not use it for profiling individuals.

  • to service providers who assist us in delivering services (for example, hosting, analytics, automation, customer support)
  • to professional advisers (for example, accountants, legal advisers)
  • where required or authorised by law, regulation, or lawful requests, including for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims

Where we disclose information to service providers, we require them to handle it securely and only for authorised purposes.

6. International Transfers

We may use service providers and platforms that process data outside Australia (including the United States and other jurisdictions). Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including via technical and organisational safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to maintain appropriate controls.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where possible, we de-identify or delete information when it is no longer needed.
